Shez Taking No Chances

Latics boss John Sheridan is taking no chances ahead of tomorrow nights game against Kings Lynn.

The game has been chosen for live TV coverage with the pundits obviously baying for an upset.

Sheridan stated:

‘The lads are taking the game very seriously and we’ll certainly be treating them with respect. If we play like we have been doing then I don’t think there’ll be a problem.

‘King’s Lynn are a good footballing side including one or two ex-League players with a bit of experience, including Matt O’Halloran who used to play here, and [assistant manager] Dean West, who I played against when he was at Burnley. They will have a bit of information on our lads, and there’ll be a big crowd behind them on the night.’
