Midfielder Signs New Three Year Deal

Good news for Oldham Athletic today when midfielder Dale Stephens signed a new three year deal with the club.

The 22 year old had less than twelve months to run on his current deal committed himself to the club until June 2013.

Latics` manager Paul Dickov is delighted with the news and believes the player has a bright future in front of him.

He said: ‘It is a great signing and a measure of Dale’s commitment to the club.

‘I knew Dale would be a big player for us when I arrived and he has improved further in the short time I have been here.

‘I believe Dale will only get better and he has the ability to go all the way to the top. It was important to secure his services on a long-term deal.’
