Latics missed out on a premiership club in this round of the cup but were handed a very tough tie away at Wolves.
John Sheridan has spoke to the official site stating:
‘I’m very happy with the draw. They’re a big club with a big following, and we’ll take a lot of fans there. It’s a good test for us.
‘I believe we can win and so do the lads. There not too much pressure on us, but if we go there believing we can win then we’re in with a chance. However, we know it’ll be a very difficult game.’
