Young Latics hopeful Andy Crompton is to leave the club after being told he will not be offered a professional contract at Boundary Park.
The club`s official website (www.oldhamathletic.co.uk) reports the news this morning after the 18 year old was sent off when playing for the under 18 side against Macclesfield Town.
There are also rumours about his attitude not being good and the club report ‘internal matters` to deal with.
He will stay with the Boundary Park outfit until June, after that he will have to seek work experience with another club although rumour again has it that he should find no trouble in that department given the talent that he has.

This is a young man who we will hear more about in the coming years as he has a natural talent although very raw at the moment. people tent to forget that it can put immence pressure on a young lad when he gets so close to getting his first break in football. But he will be getting another chance with another club, lets just say that hopefully lessons have been learnt by him.
