Tomaz Cwyka has today extended his loan with Latics until January.
However, Wigan have denied him permission to play in the FA Cup against Kings Lynn this Friday.
Cwyka told the official site:
‘It was my decision to stay, I’m really enjoying myself at Oldham.
‘We’ve had some good success recently, and it’s good to be part of what is a very strong side which will be fighting for promotion to the Championship.’
