Mellor Fit To Play

Oldham face Brentford on Saturday with the good news that David Mellor is in contention for a place in the starting line up.

The full back looked likely to miss the game after being taken off in the game against Leyton Orient with a knee injury, but the 18 year old is not suffering serious injury and will be fit to play.

But also fighting for the left back spot will be Bradley Diallo, who makes his return from a three-game suspension.

Midfield duo Zander Diamond and Filipe Morais both managed substitute appearances without any problems after recovering from knee injuries.

Dean Furman, Josh Parker and Paul Black will continue to miss out.
