Oldham chairman Simon Corney has revealed that he wants to cut the size of the squad down at Boundary Park, but none of the players want to leave.
The Latics boast 34 pro’s on their books and that number has to be reduced, but nothing is happening despite players being on the transfer list.
Four players have been offered moves to league two or Blue Square premier league but all have rejected the interested clubs.
Corney said: ‘We have been trying to get players out but they don’t want to go. They are under contract so there is nothing we can do, but it is not helping us.’

Just dish a few P45’s out and tell them they are going, best and easiest way to do things.
