This goes to Dean Smalley, he stood out as one of the most improved players of the team, with some great displays all through the season. He looked very good towards the end, scoring on quite a few occasions in games that the team looked down and out.
He will certainly be one to keep an eye on next season because I expect great things of him under new management, next season could turn out to be an excellent one for Oldham, as the Playoffs are always the aim.
I think that there will be a few clubs after Smalley in the summer, maybe some smaller Championship sides will put in some bids, I just hope we can keep him here for a few seasons longer so we can get the best out of him, as he looks to have plenty of potential.
