Swindon manager Danny Wilson was not too happy with his side after they went down 2-0 at the hands of Oldham Athletic.

The signs didn`t look good from early on in the game when they fell behind to a Chris Taylor shot from 14 yards.

And that`s the way it stayed until three minutes from time when the home side were awarded a penalty and Dale Stephens converted.

‘After we won 4-2 at Charlton the other day I said I didn’t want this game to be after the Lord Mayor’s show,’ said Wilson.

‘Every time we have put in a great performance this season we have followed it with an average one, so we have to be very disappointed.

‘Our passing lacked tempo and accuracy, unlike Charlton where we were slick. There isn’t much between ourselves and the teams at the top but they are more consistent and that’s the difference.’
