James Wilson could potentially come up against some of the best players in world football should he make the cut to be in the Welsh squad to take on Holland this summer.

Chris Coleman has called-up the Oldham defender to be part of his provisional 40-man squad for the friendly with Holland as part of their world cup preparations for the friendly at the Amsterdam Arena on June 4th.

Wilson will find out later in the month if he had made the cut to be in the final 23-man squad.

Should Wilson fail to make it then his inclusion in this provisional squad alone is a positive thing regardless but hopefully he will.
