Oldham midfielder Dale Stephens is in the frame of mind to hit the net again this weekend when Latics go to Leyton Orient.

Stephen`s hit his tenth goal of the campaign on Tuesday night in the defeat at home to Sheffield Wednesday and he has said that he will do all in his power to hit a few more.

And Oldham could do with the goals, a drought has cost them a slip down the table that has taken them to twelve points behind a play-off place after looking like they were heading for a place in the top six.

And that is something that Stephen`s hopes that he can help turn around.
He said: ‘There are still 11 games left so I will be trying to score a few more goals.

‘Any more I get will be a bonus.

‘If I can get into the box five or six times each game then hopefully the ball will bounce to me once and I can take the chance.’
