On loan goalkeeper Mark Oxley has been recalled by his parent club Hull City late this evening.

With the loan deadline closing at 5pm, the club confirmed the news of his recall nearer 5.30pm but it remains to be seen if manager Lee Johnson had any plans on delving into the market for a replacement as Oxley has found himself on the bench in recent games.

Since joining us at the beginning of the season, the 23 year old has gone on to make 43 appearances for the club so far this campaign, and everybody at Oldham thanks him for his efforts during his time with us and wishes him the very best for his future.

Hull have recalled him owing to their first choice keeper Allan McGregor suffering an injury.
