Oldham have a difficult task of getting something from the game at Home Park this weekend when they take on Peter Reid`s Plymouth.

Oldham duo Dean Kelly and Jason Jarrett will be missing from the squad as they have both been released this week by the club.

Both were on short term contracts which would have epired at the end of January, no both can look for another club.

Manager Paul Dickov said: ‘They are both great professionals and I would like to wish them well in their future careers.

‘Dean expressed a wish to go back to Ireland to be with his family. He has been here on his own and found it hard. Jason started well but, for whatever reason, things have not worked out as we had hoped.’

Other than that, the boss has no new injury worries and will be looking for his side to improve from the terrible result at home to Southampton last time out.

As far as the home side are concerned, they welcome back Bradley Wright-Philips after his proposed move to Championship side Reading went belly up.

The striker missed games against Bournemouth and Huddersfield while he tried to sort out a move.

He should go straight in the side and is likely to have a striking partner of Joe Mason.

Defender Curtis Nelson picked up a red card at Huddersfield and successfully appealed against it so he takes his place against Oldham, but the other player who was sent off in the same game, Stephane Zubar, misses out.

Squad: Amos, Brill, Holdsworth, Hazell, Jones, Furman, Feeney, Taylor, Lee, Stephens, Black, Brooke, Millar, Morais, Tarkowski, Evina, Tounkara, Trotman, Winchester.
