Doncaster boss Sean O’Driscoll backs Latics and describes Oldham as ‘One of the best’ sides his team has faced.

The news comes right after O’Driscoll and his team managed to score a controversial late penalty as the teams went face to face yet again. Reasonable explanations for his praise may simply be down to the amount of times the two clubs have met in recent weeks and could therefore have helped him forget how any other team in the league plays.

But seriously we are getting better!

Oldham’s goalscorer from the game Lee Hughes had this to say ‘We were robbed…pretty soon we will be beating teams by 3 or 4 goals.’

Hopefully both Lee and top scorer Craig Davies can fire us to glory.
