Oldham Athletic have re-signed defender Jean-Yves M’Voto for the rest of the season.

The Sunderland player comes back to Boundary Park for a second spell, the first time he was here, it was for a season long loan but that was cut short after the 22 year old picked up an ankle injury and returned to his parent club for treatment in January.

But now the central defender is fit again and Oldham boss Paul Dickov has swooped to obtain his services once again and will go straight into the Latic`s squad that will face Brighton at the weekend.
