Oldham boss Paul Dickov thinks that he should be able to sort out a deal that will enable Oldham to keep Filipe Morais at Boundary Park for the rest of the season.
The winger is laying on a non contract basis at the moment, but an offer has been placed on the table for him to mull over.
Dickov said: ‘Filipe loves it here and I know he wants to stay and hopefully we are close to sorting something out.
‘I believe Filipe will be a very good player for us, though we haven’t seen much of him due to him serving a three-match ban and also games being postponed.’
