Quinn has never reffed a Latics game before, but this is only his second year as a league referee.
So far this season Quinn has taken charge of five games and dished out 12 yellow cards, he has yet to hand out a red. The highest total of cards in one game so far this season is four in the game between Sheffield Wednesday and Notts County.
Running the flags will be Paul Curry and Mike Duncan while Tony Peart is the fourth official.
