Oldham’s FA Cup first round tie against Leyton Orient has now had the date fixed, and we have also rearranged our Johnstone’s Paint Trophy clash against Preston North End.

The FA cup Leyton Orient game has been set for Saturday November 8 and the game will kick off at 3pm.

Tickets have been priced at adults £15, U16 + O65 £5 and accompanied U12s £3.

No tickets are available in advance and it’s pay on the day at the turnstiles.

Orient have been given the small section of the Verlin Stand for the Boundary Park encounter, with home fans to occupy the large section.

It’s also unreserved seating on the day but season ticket holders who want their usual seat are encouraged to turn up early, bring their book and claim their seat ahead of kick off.

With Orient the only team to beat us so far on home soil, manager Lee Johnson will want some revenge.

In Johnstone’s Paint Trophy news, our fixture against Preston North End that was set for November 11 has now been moved as our opponents have had the necessary three players called up for international duty to have the game bumped.

It will therefore take place under the same match conditions, adults £10, Concessions £5 and payment at the turnstiles, on Tuesday November 25, carrying a 7.45pm kick off.

The game will again be unreserved seating at Boundary Park, and as above, season ticket holders are asked to turn up early and claim their seat before somebody else does and Preston have been given the large Verlin section, with home fans in the George Hill and Zen Office stands.

The small Verlin will be for wheelchair disabled access and carers only.
