Paul Dickov had his ‘best day yet` as a manager when he watched his side come back from a goal down to demolish Leyton Orient 3-1.

Goals from Shefki Kuqi, Reuben Reid and substitute Matt Smith left the home side shell-shocked after they had started so well and taken the lead through George Porter.

‘I’ve just told the boys in the dressing room that performance-wise, that’s our best of the season,’ said Dickov.

‘Even when we were 1-0 down at half-time, I thought we were on top. The goal we conceded was from our own mistake but I just feel the boys are learning and we are all learning together and we are all getting better together.

‘Earlier on in the season, I was saying that when we were conceding goals, we were letting our heads go down but here, we got a reaction straight away and we could have possibly come in at half-time with a lead

‘There is a real belief in our squad and this is possibly the best day I’ve had as a manager.’
