Paul Dickov was not happy after he watched his side crash out of the FA Cup at the hands of Accrington Stanley on Saturday.

Dickov even went so far as to say that he was embarrassed after the result.

Dickov said: ‘Our attitude in the first half was shocking and I’m not going to put up with it.

‘Accrington wanted to win the game in the first half more than us. We needed a cup run and it was embarrassing and I was embarrassed at half-time.

‘We got going at the end and created a lot of chances, but you have to ask why we didn’t do this in the first half.

‘We’ve gone out of three cups in the first round this season – against Scunthorpe in the Carling Cup we did well, but against Shrewsbury in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy and Accrington, our attitude has let us down and it’s not good enough.’
